She was able to give me a balance on a rebate gift card (something that couldn't be retrieved from the customer service number listed on the back of the card). Thank you for your assistance.

No support from manufacturer
- - Polaris cordless cleaner cost $1399 and failed after about a year.
- - Battery/charger replacement denied; weeks passed; investment now worthless.
Do not purchase a Fluidra Polaris Freedom Cordless Robotic Cleaner for your pool. They look great out of the box and for the first year or more they work fine if you clean and maintain.
However, after paying $1399 for one of these pieces of junx, we find out the system is inoperable and the manufacturer rejected an easy to replace battery and/or charger. Pinch A Penny locally attempted to contact the manufacturer and we waited for weeks only to find out our $1399 investment is now worthless. Buy another brand.
We kept our cleaner in great shape, didn't overuse, kept out of the sun, stored indoors and unhappy with Fluidra Polaris. IF anyone has any recommendations on other brands, please post

Polaris goes in circles
- - Polaris pool cleaner; it needed a rebuild after 7/8 months.
- - Leslies rebuilt it, but it still won't clean the full pool; I want a fix or $1000 credit.
About two years ago, we purchased an expensive Polaris pool cleaner before the year was up.it had to be completely rebuild and we had it for only 7/8 months so we took it in. Had it rebuilt at Leslies pool service who are authorized agents to work on the unit.
I dont think theyre capable of fixing it the way it should be fixed anyway after getting it back the unit was just going in circles and wouldnt clean the entire pool. I tried to go back to Leslies pool service, but they gave me a hard time.
They didnt wanna fix it right they wanted to charge me all kinds of money Im a veteran on a fixed income and I just cant believe all the trouble Ive been going through with this unit. Id like to upgrade to your newest unit and give me $1000 credit for my unit I have or at least fix it right

Don't waste your time calling them,they put you unhold.tell you to leave a call back#&,,never return your call..so you call them back&the on hold time fluctuates up,down&up,never will answer your call

P9550 controller will not respond to buttons
Unit will power up but will not respond to any button pushes and does not start the pool cleaner.
Problem resolved in 2 days - new control unit being shipped under warranty.

WOW just WOW.
Polaris tel number goes to Fluidra and I am on hold forever but it says the wait time is "zero minutes." Been 40 minutes on hold already. It's 3 pm.
fortunately I am charging my phone
POLARIS lists all these service providers in Naples Florida and NONE do the work. I called each of them listed.

Polaris purchased last week and installed by Harmony Pool and Spa Company. It failed immediately and is a threat to the mechanicals system. It needs to be replaced and is still under warranty.

I was having problems with my pool cleaner the person that I spoke to was understanding and very helpful. I will have the parts to make needed repairs in a few days.
I will now have the parts for the cleaner in a few days. My local dealer said they would not even be able to let me bring it in for 2 weeks and still may not look at it for weeks.

Disappointed with customer service
- - Bought a 2023 Polaris 850 Sportsman; recall led to months of downtime.
- - Service won't start until November and the warranty is extended four months.
Bought a 2023 Polaris 850 sportsman rotated for two months got a notice that there was a recall and sitting for 2 1/2 months Polaris tells me its not gonna be till November and will only extend my warranty for four months I do not recommend it to anybody

Polaris epic pool cleaner
It's been over a week in the shop. They say three things are broken and can't get resolved.
My pool hasn't been cleaned with a cleaner for almost two weeks, and the cleaner, which is not even three months old and that I paid $1,000.00 for, isn't being used. The shop says they can't tell me anything because their people, who normally work there, are off and the person filling in doesn't know anything. I try to call Polaris and I don't get a call back for hours, even though my hold time is always 20 minutes.
Hopefully, this gets resolved soon. Why do they want to fix it and not replace it?

I bought a Polaris 1 year ago in Leslie’s Pompano beach florida. The Polaris stop working and I let it in Leslie’s store 3 weeks ago. They didn’t do anything to yet. Nobody respond.
Leslies and Polaris customer service dont give me a valid solution yet. Is incredible that I have 3 weeks and no answer Feom both companies.
