Need warranty replacement

I am pretty frustrated with your company. I have a two-month old Polaris 280 that will not stay upright. After reading some troubleshooting tips, I checked the float. It was half full of water. If I squeeze it, water comes out from a crack inside the hole. I scoured your website trying to find a way to submit a warranty claim and get this part replaced. I was unsuccessful so I called your customer-service line. After waiting on hold for about a half hour, a recording came on telling me that the expected wait-time would be 110 minutes. I opted for the call-back option. It is been over three hours and I have not received a call back. Given that a weekend and holiday is coming up, I would be very surprised if I ever received a call back. How can I submit a warranty claim for this defective part?

My Polaris Pool Robot 9550 broke after just 3 years. Customer Service will not return my call. Do not purchase Polaris.

Polaris Pool Robot 9550 broke after just 3 years. Diagnostic test showed that the power source is broken. We paid nearly $1,000 in 2020. Very poor quality and customer service has not returned my calls. We are disappointed and angry with our experience.

P965iq failure

I have my p965iq in the shop at Leslies in Norman Oklahoma and they are telling me its over a thousand dollars to fix my unit. I need some help. I take great care of my equipment and don't feel the unit should become useless in a few years with light to moderate use 4 months a year. I am a loyal Polaris customer. In fact I just puschased a polaris maxx. Please find a way to help me continue to be a loyal customer.

Polaris told me that the tires or wheel tracks are not a warranteed item, and they were out within three months.

I purchased the Polaris Max, and just after three months the rubber tracks on it wore out and fell off. When I asked about replacement, they said theyre not under warranty and then didnt even consider giving me any information on how to replace them. When I went to the website to try to find the same product, it is impossible to find them.

Pros:
  • Does a great job on cleaning the pool
Cons:
  • Certain parts were out fast like the tire tracks

Preferred solution: If it’s not under warranty, at least, let me know where I can purchase them. And a price reduction would be good.

User's recommendation: Make sure when they say one year warranty you find out if it’s on all parts of the equipment.
